WHAT IS A FANLISTING?
A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans (from The Fanlistings Network).

TRAVIS PASTRANA
Travis Alan Pastrana is a professional motorcross and rally car racing competitor. Since the age of four on a one-speed Honda Z-50, Pastrana has been "the most celebrated freestyle motocross rider in the world." He soon won a string of National Amateur Motocross titles as the young rider became the 1998 World Freestyle Champion at only age 14, while inventing numerous freestyle tricks along the way. Since then, Pastrana has gone one to win 5 gold medals in 7 years of freestyle at the X Games. On August 4 2006, Pastrana became the first rider to land a double backflip in competition. In 2003, he opened his rally car racing career and won the gold medal in the first Rally Car competition at the X Games 12 on August 5 2006. Then on September 26 2007, he jumped out of an airplane without a parachute over Arecibo, Puetro Rico. His daring stunts have been featured in many motocross stunt videos, most notably his own Travis and the Nitro Circus DVD series. As a result of his activities, however, Pastrana has endured a number of career-threatening injuries, including multiple concussions, a broken back, several dislocated shoulders, and knee problems due to cartilage degeneration. Still, Pastrana manages to always return to the circuit as his persistence lends its name to his documentary, 199 Lives which won Best Action Sports Film at the 2008 X-Dance Action Sports Film Festival. Pastrana has become a fan favourite in the sports world, with appearances on the couches of Jay Leno and David Letterman, features in Newsweek and GQ Magazine, and sponsorships from Suzuki, DC Shoes, and Red Bull just to name a few.
