WHAT IS A FANLISTING?
A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans
(from The Fanlistings Network).
JOSE THEODORE
Jose Theodore is a National Hockey League goaltender for the Minnesota Wild. He is also the winner of the 2002 Hart Trophy for League MVP, as well as the Georges Vézina Trophy for Outstanding Goaltender.
"SOIXANTE"
is French for "sixty" (60), the number which Jose Theodore wears on his sweater.
Originally, when Theodore was in junior he wore Patrick Roy's number 33. Then he chose 60 at his first training camp with the Montreal Canadiens. He said:
"Roy was still here when I arrived, and besides, another goalie doesn't want to wear 33 in Montreal. Number 1 was retired, they didn't give a goalie 29 because of Ken Dryden, Turner Stevenson was in 30 and Donald Brashear wore 35. So 60 was the best of what was available, and I've had some pretty good moments in it."
